Assignment:  Develop and integrate control system and user interface hardware and software for (3) automated Duct Trim tooling fixtures.

 

Solutions:  System hardware was implemented using Galil, Opto 22 and Beijer components housed in NEMA 4X enclosures for use in heavy cutting fluid and washdown environment. NiCd power source was used to comply with facility safety requirements.
