Assignment:  Optimize motion control hardware and software to improve synchronization of fill needle and capping mechanisms with product conveyor.

 

Solutions:  Implemented hardware upgrades to allow on-the-fly resync based on offset data from integrated vision system. Developed new Galil DMC application to replace existing software that failed to meet performance objectives.
